Whether or not this is real, lasting labor, there's something going on that wasn't going on yesterday. I bless your name with each painful contraction.
I totally went out for Thai food while I was trying to go into labour. On the 2 mile walk home I had to stop every few minutes for the contractions I was having. It was awesome! Good luck with what is undoubtedly coming!!!
